At Neoskn Aesthetics, we are committed to providing the best services and products to ensure our clients’ satisfaction. Our goal is to help you look and feel your best, and we want you to be happy with the services and products you receive from us. However, due to the nature of our services, please read our Return & Refund policy carefully.
Services:
- Consultations & Aesthetic Treatments:
- Consultation: We offer consultation to help understand your skin goals, recommend personalized treatments, and ensure you’re a good candidate for the procedures. Once you book your consultation, it is non-refundable.
- Aesthetic Procedures: Due to the personalized nature of our treatments (including Botox, Dermal Fillers, PDO Threads, etc.), once a treatment has been performed, it is non-refundable. We take every step to ensure you’re happy with your results, and we offer follow-up appointments if needed.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the service cost.

Products:
- Skincare Products:
- Returns for Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for skincare products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for an exchange or store credit.
- Exchanges: If a product is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange or store credit. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and unopened.
- Refunds for Products:
- If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the return/exchange request is approved.

- Step 3: Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue, whether it be arranging an exchange or issuing a refund.
Exceptions to the Return & Refund Policy:
- Customized Treatments: Once treatments or procedures are performed, they are non-refundable, as results may vary per individual.
- Products Used or Opened: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened products for health and safety reasons.
- Gift Cards and Special Promotions: Gift cards and products purchased during a special promotion or sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
